What happens after the 7-day trial?
If you don't cancel, your card is charged the monthly subscription. We'll email you 3 days before the trial ends as a heads-up. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings or email admin@reelchess.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current month. After that, your account drops to the free Public tier and you stop being charged. No fees for cancelling.
Do refunds work?
No refunds for past months — you keep access for what you've paid for, then cancel takes effect at month end. If you've been charged in error, email admin@reelchess.com within 14 days.
How does Family work?
One subscription covers up to 4 users in your household. You add students from your account dashboard. Each student keeps their own ratings, history, and Coach Rayman commentary. One bill, four users.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We follow the Australian Privacy Act. Profile photos and real names are never shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
